*Our mediations are usually conducted via zoom. If in person mediation is sought, then an addition fee of $1,000, as a contribution to travel and accommodation expenses, may be charged. **If the matter involves mediation of parenting issues then can you please advise (in the “other relevant information” box) whether you require the availability of a s.60I certificate. If a certificate is required then we will, at no additional cost, arrange a comediator who is an accredited FDRP. This may, subject to the comediator’s availability, affect the mediation date.
