Mediation Availability
My available dates can be found on the calendar below, the calendar is updated by me as soon as any date is allocated.
If you are thinking about putting my name forward as a mediator, then the calendar will give you an accurate picture of my availability at the time that you check it. But, please, remember that dates change when work is allocated to my calendar, so it is perhaps best to either pick a range of dates from the calendar or send a link to this page to your colleague (and they can check themselves).
Book your Mediation
Once you have an agreement to engage me as your dispute resolver and you are wanting to do so, then please complete the booking form below.
If possible, please fill in all the information in the form as this will enable me to start the process rolling without troubling you for too much more information.
You can otherwise contact me by phone, text, email or post.
The booking form asks for contact details of both parties. If, for whatever reason, one party does not want their information known to the other party then please do not include that information in the booking form. Instead, send me a separate message (you can use the contact form or just email to harmandisputeresolution@outlook.com). Please also clearly state that the information is not to be shared (in which case, I will send all communications to the parties separately rather than as joint emails).
Once I receive your booking form I will, by email, confirm that the matter has been allocated to my calendar, send a meeting link and request any additional information I may need.
I will use the contact details that you provide for each party to send out a mediation agreement for signature and invoices for the mediation fees and to arrange a pre-mediation meeting with each party. I will deal directly with the parties for these things.

I will reply to all questions and queries relating to my work as soon as possible. I will answer as quickly as I can, but my answer is unlikely to be instantaneous. Also, please be aware that if I am in meetings or a mediation, I will not likely see your message until I am finished.
I do not generally check my messages (via this site, email or phone) between 5:30pm and 9am each weekday or at all on weekends and holidays.
Finally, please respect that my email and contact form are for the purposes of the work I do. If you are sending me a pitch for SEO or other services, I will not answer other than with silence.
